Within Peninsular Malaysia
3 working days (1 day availability + 2 days shipping time) for your goods to be delivered within Peninsular Malaysia. This is only applied to Online Payment via Visa/Master Card.
East Malaysia & Neighboring Countries
5 working days for East Malaysia and our neighboring countries such as Singapore. No deliveries will be made on Sundays & Public Holidays.
RETURN POLICY
Due to health and hygienic reasons, goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. However, we will exchange the purchased items based on the following reasons:
- Defective Products
- Wrong item, size or color has been delivered.
- Claims for exchange must be made within one (1) week of delivery.
- Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags.
